Parsimony Vamp is an original character in Kiwi_tea's remake of Riverblossom Hills.
Not much is known about Parsimony Vamp except that Principle Vamp is his father. Apparently they have not had much contact in the past, because Parsimony "emerged from the wilderness" and is not popular with the rest of the Vamp family. He lives on Rivers Curve in the Riverside Romance.
