Description[]
EA released the Create A World tool on December 16 2009. The tool allows players to build custom neighbourhoods for The Sims 3, and it is available for download from [thesims3.com] with a registered account. Create A World is based loosely on the internal world-building tools used by EA's world building team. New versions of the tool are released to coincide with game patches, however EA officials have stated several times that there are no plans to develop the tool beyond its current state.
